Pumpkin Pancakes

Introduction

Whole Wheat, Low Fat, No Refined Sugar Whole Wheat, Low Fat, No Refined Sugar
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 1/2 Cup whole wheat flour
    2 cups 2% milk
    3 medium eggs
    1 1/2 Tbsp honey
    3/4 Cup pumpkin puree
    3/4 tsp salt
    1 1/2 Tbsp baking powder
    1/2 Tbsp pumpkin pie spice

Directions

Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients seperately, then stir well to combine. Cook on a hot griddle. Recipe makes 4 cups batter. 2 pancakes, each made with 1/4 cup batter = one serving.
