Ingredients

1 tsp. olive oil
1 cup chopped onions
3/4 cup chopped green peppers
3 cloves garlic minced
3 tablespoons chili powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
one 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
1 cup water
1 1/2 cup Black beans
1 1/2 cup red kidney beans
3/4 cup TVP optional textured veg protien
1/4 tsp salt
Directions
Heat oil over medium high heat. Add onions, then garlic, then green peppers. (3/4 cup TVP optional) Stir till cooked. Add in seasonings stirring until abasorbed.
Stir in tomato, water, and bring to boil. Add beans and salt. Return to boil. Cook stirring occasionally for 30 minutes. Uncover and stir occasionally for 15 minutes.
Serves 4
Change it up by serving on a baked sweet potato
