Introduction

yummy - easy -- in the slow cooker! yummy - easy -- in the slow cooker!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    6 boneless Pork Chops
    3 medium apples
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
    Salt, .5 tsp
    Brown Sugar, 3Tbs

Directions

put chops in bottom of slow cooker

core and slice apples
spread over chops

mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt

sprinkle over apples

cook at low for 6-8 hours

  • This was o.k. The meat was really tender, which is a huge plus. I wasn't as impressed with the flavor overall...it just seemed to lack the 'wow' factor. I'll play with the recipe. Maybe some berry chutney on top would snaz it up :) - 6/7/11
