Introduction

I spent 20 minutes looking up different meatloaf recipes from Spark, Betty Crocker, Food Network and other websites. I finally came up with this one on my own from their ingredients. I spent 20 minutes looking up different meatloaf recipes from Spark, Betty Crocker, Food Network and other websites. I finally came up with this one on my own from their ingredients.

Ingredients

    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 cup progresso italian bread crumbs
    1 can rotel tomatoes and green chilies
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1 clove garlic
    1 egg
    2 tbsp ketchup
    1 tbsp worchestire
    1 tbsp spicy mustard
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp cumin
    1 tsp chili powder

Directions

Preheat oven to 375. Mix all ingredients together in large bowl. Put into greased loaf pan and cook for approx 50 to 55 minutes.
