Tweeked Whole wheat Pasta with Lentils

Submitted by: WENDI_WA1

Introduction

Found this recipe in a cookbook I bought in Texas and altered it a bit. Added more veggies, less oil~ its amazingly tasty. Makes a meal in itself but can add meat or fish to the side if desierd. I had it one time with cod and once with chicken on the side so far. Found this recipe in a cookbook I bought in Texas and altered it a bit. Added more veggies, less oil~ its amazingly tasty.
