Introduction

If you do not like Coffee all it is is to make the batter moist and to blend better. Number of Servings: 14

Ingredients

    Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 1 cup
    Raisins, 1 cup, packed
    Regular Coffee, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
    Oatmeal - Quaker, 12 serving
    Peanut Butter, chunk style, 1 cup
    Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, 3 tbl
    Honey, 1 oz

Directions

Mix all the dry stuff first. Add Peanut butter and honey. Slowly add coffee until consistency you like.
Spray sheet of foil and measure out until the whole thing is 14 inches wide. Spray knife and cut in 1 inch bars. Spray more foil and wrap inside. Store in Freeze until needed. Use for Breakfast or a snack
