Ingredients

    2 cups chicken
    2 cups water
    a red bell pepper
    2 fish fillets cubed
    1 can smoked oysters
    .5 cup quinoa (dry, uncooked)
    2 tsp taco seasoning


Directions

put it all in a crock pot
let it simmer
eat
