Simple and easy but a classic flavor! I am mostly putting this recipe on file for myself for an easy addition to my meal plan. I'm making it public so others can see just how easy it is to get the classic comfort foods without all the guilt. Simple and easy but a classic flavor! I'm making it public so others can see just how easy it is to get the classic comfort foods without all the guilt.

Ingredients

    NOTE: Read "T" as tablespoon, "t" as teaspoon

    1/2 Kangaroo Whole Wheat Pita Pocket (half the pita round)
    2 slices Oscar Mayer 50% Less Fat Turkey Bacon
    1/4 cup shredded lettuce
    1 medium slice tomato, diced
    1/2 T Miracle Whip Light

Directions

Put the sandwich together as you normally would. If you usually toast your bread for a BLT, just pop your pita into the microwave for 15 seconds to warm it up.

You can save calories by only using 1 slice of turkey bacon, I just happen to like mine realllly full and delicious.

You can achieve an even closer to the original taste by spreading a thin layer of fat free sour cream - If you do this you will have to recalculate the calories. I am ok with just the miracle whip.

Makes 1 Serving; Serving Size = 1/2 pita pocket round
