Ingredients

    2 lbs. ground turkey
    1 cup chopped onion
    1 cup chopped cabbage
    one bag frozen peas
    1 cup quinoa
    6 cups chicken broth
    6 cups water
    1 tsp curry powder
    .5 tsp black pepper

Directions

in a very large pot over high heat:
brown turkey
then onion
then cabbage

add water and broth
then peas
then quinoa
then curry powder
then pepper

bring to boil for 20 minutes
then let simmer until quinoa opens (you'll see cute little squiggles on each grain)
