Introduction

A lighter version of Grammy famous Crabs & Spagetti. A lighter version of Grammy famous Crabs & Spagetti.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 lb. whole wheat pasta
    1 lb lump crab meat
    2 tbsp. olive oil
    2 tbsp. butter
    1 cup vegtable broth
    4oz of white wine
    1/2 cup pasta water
    1 clove garlic
    1 tbsp. parsley
    0.5 tbsp black pepper
    1 cup parmesan cheese


Directions

Start water for pasta per package directions.
Melt butter with olive oil in large saute/fry pan & cook garlic(that has been crused), parsley for 1 minute. Add vegtable broth & wine & simmer for 10 minutes.
Add pasta water after pasta is done.
add pasta to crab sauce & toss with parmesan cheese.
Makes 8 1 cup servings. 356 calories
