Arnabeet bei Lamoun (Cauliflower with Olive Oil and Lemon

Ingredients

    Cauliflower, raw, 1 head, medium (5-6" dia.)
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    *Lemon Juice, 4 T.
    Garlic, 1 clove crushed

Directions

Wash and trim the cauliflower and cut into florets. Boil until just tender, then drain.

Heat 2 T. olive oil in a pan. soften the garlic in the oil. Add the lemon juice, salt, and pepper and turn the cauliflower in this over low heat. It will absorb the oil and lemon.
