Slow Cooker Chilli - Vegitarian

Introduction

This is from Vegcooking.com I adjusted it a little to my own liking but it is very good for meatless chilli!! Eveyone in my family enjoyed it. Ingredients

    2Tbsp Olive Oil
    5 Garlic cloves, minced
    1 raw onion - chopped
    2 tbsp Chilli Powder
    2 1/2 tsp Cumin
    1 6oz can Tomato Paste
    1 19 oz can Black Beans - Rinsed and Drained
    2 19 oz can Red Kidney Beans - Rinsed and Drained
    1 398ml can (about 1 cup) Pinto Beans - Rinsed and Drained
    1 1/2 cups Vegetable Stock
    640 Grams Veggie Crumble - optional
    2 19 oz can Spicy Red Pepper chunky tomatoes

Directions

Makes 14 - 1 1/2cup servings*

Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the onion and garlic until the onion is soft.

Empty into slow cooker with all other ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Cover and cook on low 6-8hrs.
