Ingredients

    1/3 Box Shredded Wheat 'n Bran
    1 box Puffed Kashi, Plain
    1 packet (there are 2) Fiber One

Directions

Pour each cereal into a large Tupperware (or other) container, suitable for storing cereal.

Turn it around and around until cereal is well mixed.

You should have 17 cups of cereal, in all.

Use 1 1/4 cups per serving.

10 grams fiber!
