3 Cups Oats ( not quick ones)
1/2 C Almonds
1/4 C Wheat Germ
1/2 Cup Sunflower Seeds
1/3 Cup Maple Syrup ( sugar free)
1/4 C Canola Oil
2 Tbls Water
1 C Craisins This recipe is based on
Mix together water, syrup and oil and vanilla or almond extract.
pour on to dry mix and mix it all up so all of the mixture is coated
place on a cookie sheet ( make clumps )
Cook low heat 225 for 45 minutes stirring every 15 minutes.
Craisins need to be added in the last 15 minutes. adding them before will turn them to glass.
This recipe is based on 1/2cup serving.
You can use sugar substitute for the brown sugar. You can use less c raisins .
