1/4 cup lime juice
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons tequila or lime juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 ground red pepper (cayenne)
2-3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 pounds round steak
Remove beef from marinade; reserve marinade. Cover and grill beef 4 to 5 inches from MEDIUM heat 20 to 25 minutes for medium doneness, brushing occasionally with marinade and turning once. Discard any remaining marinade. Serve with 1 cup fresh tomato salsa, 1/2 cup sour cream, and avocado dip if you like.
