Ingredients

    2 slices wheat toast
    1 egg
    1 egg white
    1 slice of lean cured ham
    1 slice of kraft free cheddar

Directions

Scramble the Egg and Egg Whites. Remove when cooked. Use the same pan to lightly warm the ham, while toasting the two slices of wheat bread. Add the egg and ham to toast and cover with the slice of cheese and top with the other slice of ham.
