Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 can crowder peas or black eyed peas
    1 lb ground beef
    1 purple onion, medium, chopped
    1/2 cup bbq sauce (Open pit was used)
    1/2 cup canned/cooked collard greens
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Brown ground beef and onions until done, add in can of peas (drained and rinsed), add in bbq sauce. Heat the peas through. Add the collard greens (drained). Heat until heated through and then salt/pepper to taste. Eat as is for a lower carb choice or serve on your favorite bread/bun.
