4 boneless skinless chicken breast
5 large carrots, peeled and sliced
4 red potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup (I used the roasted garlic to give a bit more flavor)
1 can cream of chicken soup
italian blend seasoning
In small bowl, mix the condensed soups(NO WATER) , as well as Italian seasoning to taste. Pour over chicken, and veggies.
Cook on low for 8 hours, or high for 4 (although the chicken won't be as tender)
