Introduction

Kind of like a pot pie, but without the fatty crust. The chicken literally melts in your mouth it's soo tender! Kind of like a pot pie, but without the fatty crust. The chicken literally melts in your mouth it's soo tender!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 boneless skinless chicken breast
    5 large carrots, peeled and sliced
    4 red potatoes, peeled and sliced
    1 can cream of mushroom soup (I used the roasted garlic to give a bit more flavor)
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    italian blend seasoning

Directions

Place peeled and sliced veggies in bottom of crock pot, top with the whole chicken breast.

In small bowl, mix the condensed soups(NO WATER) , as well as Italian seasoning to taste. Pour over chicken, and veggies.

Cook on low for 8 hours, or high for 4 (although the chicken won't be as tender)
