Introduction

Great recipe when you are craving that banana cream pie! It is quick, simple, and will give you the satisfaction that your sweet tooth is demanding. Just don't eat all four servings at once! Great recipe when you are craving that banana cream pie! It is quick, simple, and will give you the satisfaction that your sweet tooth is demanding. Just don't eat all four servings at once!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 cup cold fat-free milk
    1 pkg. instant vanilla sugar free vanilla pudding mix
    1 cup reduced fat whipped topping
    1 cup thinly sliced banana (approximately one medium banana)
    4 tsp. graham cracker crumbs (1/2 cracker)

Directions

1. In a bowl whisk together milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes.
2. Fold in whipped topping and refrigerate for 5 minutes.
3. Divide half of pudding mix between four bowls.
4. Top with half of the banana slices.
5. Sprinkle with half of the crumbs.
6. Repeat step 3-5 and serve
