Ingredients

    I pk of sprouted rice
    1/2 can drained and rinsed black beans
    2 green onions sliced thin
    1/4 C toasted sliced almonds
    1 small can mandrin oranges drained
    2 ribs celery chopped
    1 Tbl evoo
    2Tbl seasoned rice vinegar
    mix together and serve

Directions

makes serving for 2 people approx. 1 cup
