Brushcetta Chicken Bake

Ingredients

    Crushed Tomatoes, 500 grams (remove)
    Stove Top Stuffing Mix, 4 serving (makes 1/2 cup prepared) (remove)
    Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 8 oz (remove)
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 breast, bone and skin removed (remove)
    Peas, frozen, 1 cup (remove)

Directions

Place cut up chicken on bottom of 9X13 casserole, top with mozza cheese, a little dried basil and garlic, then peas.
Mix stuffing mix with tomatoes....add a little water or stock if too dry.
Bake 30 min. at 400.
