Flat "Donuts"

Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    1 Large Egg, 1 serving (remove)
    Granulated Sugar, .5 cup (remove)
    Land O Lakes, Unsalted Butter, 1 Tbsp, 1 serving (remove)
    Milk - Kroger Skim (fat-free), 4 oz (remove)
    Salt, .25 tsp (remove)
    Cinnamon, ground, .25 tbsp (remove)
    Baking Powder, 2 tsp (remove)
    Flour, 1.5 cup (remove)
    Granulated Sugar, 6.25 tsp (remove)
    Powdered Sugar, 12.5 tsp (remove)
    Cinnamon, ground, 6.25 tsp (remove)

Directions

Combine flour, salt, 1/4 t cinnamon, and baking powder. Combine 1/2 c. granulated sugar, egg, butter, and milk. Mix wet ingredients into flour mixture. Place powdered sugar and cinnamon sugar in small bowls. Heat nonstick skillet and spray w/ cooking spray. Drop mixture by teaspoonfuls onto skillet and cook like pancakes. When cooked on both sides, dip in powdered or cinnamon sugar.
