Ingredients

    1 lb. of 93% lean ground beef
    .5 cans of vegetarian refried beans
    .5 pkg of taco seasoning mix
    2 cloves of garlic
    .5 bottle of hot picante sauce
    .5 cup of weight watchers mexi cheese
    .5 small can diced chiles (hot)
    salt
    pepper
    dash of comino

Directions

mix all ingredients and bake at 400 degrees for 5 minutes. brown meat of course with garlic and onions
