Easy Chicken and Noodles

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 box low sodium chicken broth
    1 cup leftover chicken meat from roasting chicken, shredded
    2 carrots, peeled and sliced thinly
    1 bag egg noodles, about 4 cups
    1 small (4oz) can evaporated milk
    salt free seasoning to taste

Directions

Combine chicken broth and milk in medium saucepan. Add carrots and seasonings. Boil 10 minute. Reduce heat to low-medium. Add chicken and noodles; stir to combine. Cook 20 minutes or until noodles and carrots are soft and dish has thickened.
