Ingredients

2 lbs lean ground round
1/4cup paprika
1/4 cup chili powder
2 large cans diced tomatos(undrained)
5 regular cans kidney beans (undrained)
Directions
brown ground beef, drain and rinse in a colander. put into large pot.
add paprika and chili powder and brown along with drained beef....this is essential to the recipe. stir continuously,,you dont want it to burn just get fragrant and cook some.
dump in 2 large (i believe 24 oz?) cans of diced tomatos, and 5 regular (15 oz?) cand of kidney beans, undrained. stir well..bring to slow boil, reduce heat and simmer for 4 hours or all day..until thick. stir occasionaly.
makes 13- 2 cup servings
