Ingredients

    6 whole green peppers, capped and cleaned
    1 lb extra lean ground sirloin
    2 15oz cans tomato sauce
    1 15oz can diced tomato
    1 cup converted rice

Directions

Brown hamburger. Add tomato sauce, canned tomatoes, rice. Stir togther and fill peppers evenly. Cook according to manufacturers directions for 10-12 minutes
