Ingredients

    2 cans chunk white albacore
    3 Tbsp. light mayo
    mustard to taste
    3 stalks celery
    2 hard boiled eggs
    1/4 c. shredded Kraft parm, romano, asiago mix
    4 Tbsp red onion

Directions

Drain tuna, mix all ingredients, the pepper is to taste.

1 serving is great in a kangaroo pita.

Makes Five 1/2 cup servings.
