Bread flour, 1.5 cup
Splenda 3/4 c.
Baking Powder, 2.5 tsp
Horizon Organic Fat Free Milk, 1/4 c
Unsweetened Applesauce 1/2 c.
Water, 1/2 cup
Butter, 2 tbsp
Egg Whites, 2
Vanilla Extract, 1.5 tsp
Dole frozen blueberries, 1/2 c.
Fold in frozen blueberries. If using fresh, be gentle so they don't break.
Spray coat muffin pan. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes.
