Use the Whole Wheat French Loaf bread recipe and let the bread stay out overnight before the breakfast prep as slightly stale bread makes better French Toast.

Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    Country Creek Farms Egg Whites, 6
    Horizon Organic Fat Free Milk, 1 cup
    Nutmeg, ground, 1/4 tsp
    Cinnamon, ground, 1/4 tsp (remove)
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    1 loaf of Whole Wheat French Bread (20 slices)

Directions

Mix Eggs, milk, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Pour into a shallow bowl. Dip slices of French Bread (Whole Wheat) and let each side soak in egg mixture.

Fry in a medium hot skillet using olive oil. I tried cooking spray and you really need the olive oil in order to brown the egg on the bread.

Serve with sprinkle of confectioner's sugar and honey (not calculated).
