DP Artichoke Parmesan Dip

Introduction

A basic dip that could be added to depending on your tastes. Improves as it refrigerates. A basic dip that could be added to depending on your tastes. Improves as it refrigerates.

Ingredients

    Delallo Artichoke Hearts packed in brine, 1 cup (or 1 can)
    Hiland Fat Free Cottage Cheese, 1 cup
    Fresh Chives, 2 tbsp chopped
    Horizon Organic Fat Free Milk, 2 Tbsp
    Salt, 1/4 tsp
    Basil, 1/4 tsp
    Garlic, 1/4 tsp
    Grated Parmesan Cheese, 2 tbsp

Directions

Drain, rinse and set aside artichoke hearts.

In a blender combine all except Parmesan cheese and artichokes hearts. After processing until smooth, then blend in Parmesan and artichokes.

Cover and chill for at least 4 hours. Use with raw veggie and chips for dipping.
