This recipe is an adaptation of Hollybearsmom recipe. I added Greek Yogurt and a few more spices.

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Great Value Garbanzo Beans, 1.75 cup
    Libbys Black Beans, 2 cup (remove)
    Greek Yogrut 1/2 cup
    Lemon Juice, 1/2 lemon yields
    Garlic, 2 cloves
    Olive Oil, 2 1tsp
    balsamic vinegar, 1 tablespoon
    Cumin seed, 1/2 tsp
    Coriander seed, 1/2 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 dash

Directions

Roast garlic in a small skillet.

Meanwhile, rinse beans and place in food processor to chop. Add all ingredients except oil and vinegar into food processor and mix. Gradually add oil and vinegar. Let chill for 30 minutes.
