This recipe was tasty and very easy to make! Though I made some slight changes due to the fact that I didn't have any mushrooms or spaghetti on hand. Instead I substituted 4 cups of broccoli and place on 1/4 cup of cheese tortellini (1 cup for entire recipe). I plan to use the recipe again soon. - 10/18/09
