Muffin: Whole Wheat Honey Bread Rolls

Introduction

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    3 1/4 c. or more whole wheat flour
    2 Tbsp. ground flax seed
    1 T. yeast
    1 1/4 c hot/warm Horizon Fat Free Milk
    3 1/2 T. Smart Balance butter spread
    2 Tbsp. honey
    2 Tbsp Agave
    1/2 Tsp. salt

Directions

Place in bread machine: all liquids first; then all dry ingredients. Set on Dough Cycle. The machine will do the first rising.

Then roll into balls about 1 1/2 inch round and put in greased muffin tins. Let it raise to about double in size, about 45 minutes. We preheat an oven to lowest temp, then turn off, and then put dough/bread inside to rise.

Clover leaf rolls: flour your hands. Make small balls about the size of a quarter. Put three together and then place in muffin tin.

Bake at 350* for about 20 - 30 mins. until golden on top. Remove from oven.
