Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    1 1/3 cup water
    1/2 TBSP butter
    1 1/2 TBSP Sugar
    1/2 tsp salt
    2 cups bread flour
    2 cups wheat flour
    2 TBSP flax seed
    1 package of dry active yeast
    1 tsp. oregano, ground
    1 tsp. Rosemary, leaves dried
    1/2 tsp. basil, leaves dried
    1 1/2 tsp. parsley, dried
    1/4 tsp garlic powder
    1/4 tsp dill
    1 egg white
    1 TBSP Water

Directions

Enter all ingredients into bread machine per manufacturer instructions excluding the egg white and tablespoon water. Set on dough cycle.

When cycle is thru cut dough into 16 egg size pieces and roll and stretch into 6 -8 inch ropes.

Place on ungreased baking sheet. Cover with tea towel and let rise 20 minutes. Mix egg and water to form glaze and brush over risen dough. Add any desired toppings (kosher salt, sesame seeds. etc) then bake at 400 degrees for 12 - 15 minutes until golden brown.
