Omega 3's for breakfast! Omega 3's for breakfast!

Ingredients

    1.5 cup Wheat Four
    1.5 cup Whole wheat flour
    1/4 cup Flaxseed, ground
    1 tbsp Sugar
    1/4 tsp Salt
    2 tbsp Canola oil
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1/4 cup Egg Whites
    1 Whole egg, medium
    3 cups water

Directions

Mix all ingredients together, cook in med-heat non-stick skillet.
Top with cottage cheese for added protein.
