Peach Bread

Ingredients

    3 Servings egg Beaters
    2 Cups Sugar
    2 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
    1 Cup Canola Oil
    2 Cups Diced Peaches-canned in light syrup
    3 Cups Flour-all purpose
    1 Tsp. Baking Powder
    1 Tsp. Salt
    1 Tsp. Baking Soda
    3 Tsp. Ground Cinnamon

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray (2) 8x4 loaf pans with non-stick spray. In a large bowl, beat egg beaters lightly. Blend in sugar, oil, and vanilla. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon. Mix just to combine. Stir in peaches. Batter will be thick. Pour into prepared pans. Bake for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean when inserted into center.
