Quinoa and Black Beans

Submitted by: ALLIE_1969

Introduction

Makes 6 cups in total. According to the comments on the web site where I found the recipe (Allrecipes.com) it is good hot or cold. I plan on eating it for lunch so one cup is ok, could also be used as a side dish or as a salad... pretty versatile. I think the next time I make it I will only use one can of black beans.... • I made it today and my family loved it! I didn't have cayene pepper so I used chili powder, and used green onions rather than yellow. It was still yummy. - 6/3/12
