IntroductionChicken, spinach, and kidney bean stew Chicken, spinach, and kidney bean stew
2 cups Organic Baby Spinach
1/2 cup Red Bell Peppers-Chopped
1 Garlic Clove
1 tsp. Olive Oil
10-1/2 oz. White Kidney Beans-Cooked
1 cup Perdue Short Cuts Grilled Carved Chicken Breast
1/2 cup Valley Fresh Low Sodium Chicken Broth-Canned
1 pinch Black Pepper
1 pinch Salt
2. Add drained and rinsed beans, and cubed chicken.
3. Saute 1 minute more. Add broth.
4. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
