1 1/2 -lb beef round steak, 1/4 inch thick 2 X4 pieces
3/4 cup of Catalina Salad Dressing
2 cup of grated carrots
1 cup of diced peppers(green/yellow/red)
1 cup of diced onions
1 cup of diced celeries
1 cup of beef broth
1/4 cup of corn starch
During that time grated & diced all the vegetables put in a pot and added 1/2 cup of boiling water and cooked for 6 minutes only and drained BUT KEEP the water. Let the veggies cool off .
When meat is ready, On each piece added pepper and 2 T of vegetables and roll up meat and place each roll in a 9 x 13 pyrex plat.
MIxed together the broth and the drained water from the cooked veggies and pour evenly over the roulades. Cover the pyrex plat with aluminium paper and cook @ 375 for 60 minutes.
Drain the broth from the roulades in a 4 cups bowl add the corn starch slowly and stir put in the microwave for 1 minute stir again put back in microwave for another minute stir again till you like the tickness of the gravy.
