Manwich Stuffed Peppers

Introduction

Peppers stuffed with Groung Turkey, Hunt's Manwich sauce and brown rice. Peppers stuffed with Groung Turkey, Hunt's Manwich sauce and brown rice.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    16 oz. Groung Turkey 93/7
    One can 15.5 oz Hunt's Manwich sauce
    One bag Success Brown Rice
    4 large peppers (green, red, yellow or orange)

Directions

Brown the ground turkey. Drain if desired. Add the Hunt's manwich sauce and prepared brown rice. Simmer together a few minutes.
Cut the tops off of the peppers. Stuff the peppers with the ground turkey mixture. Bake at 350 for about an hour.
