IntroductionOnly 4 ingredients! Only 4 ingredients!
1 13.25 oz. box of whole wheat pasta
1 15 oz. can of Hormel no-bean turkey chili
1 10 oz. brick of reduced fat cheddar, shredded for melting, plus 1/2 cup for the top of the casserole
1/2 cup skim milk
While the pasta is cooking, melt the cheese in a pot on low on the stove top.
Add the milk and the chili; stir mixture frequently.
Once the pasta is cooked, drain, add to the cheese mixture, and put in a baking dish.
Top the casserole with 1/2 cup of reduced-fat cheddar and bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
Makes 8 generous servings.
