DP CL Smoked Salmon Spread

I cut this recipe way back just for the use of an individual. If you want it for a party, take the ingredients x4 for 20, 2 Tbsp servings. Also, I used smoked salmon from a pouch, but you may like the higher brand available at a more sophisticated fish market or deli.

I cut this recipe way back just for the use of an individual. If you want it for a party, take the ingredients x4 for 20, 2 Tbsp servings. Also, I used smoked salmon from a pouch, but you may like the higher brand available at a more sophisticated fish market or deli.

Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    Archer Farms Coho Salmon Hickory Smoked, 3 oz
    Naturally Yours Fat Free Sour Cream, 3 tbsp
    *Lemon Juice, 1/4 Tbsp
    Cardamom, ground, 1 dash
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    Fresh Chives, 1 tbsp chopped

Directions

Place half of the salmon in a food processor with sour cream, lemon zest, lemon juice, cardamom and pepper. Process until smooth. Transfer to bowl.

Coarsely chop the remaining salmon and fold it and chives into the blended mixture. Cover and chill.

NOTE: best if prepared one day ahead and refrigerated so flavors combine.

1 Serving = 2 Tbsp
