Ingredients

Organic Sucanat, 1/3 cup
Gold Medal Whole Wheat Flour, 2 Tbsp
Cinnamon, ground, 1/2 tsp
Tart Apples, 2 medium, peeled, cored and sliced thin
Cranberries, 1 cup, whole
Quaker Oats, 1/2 cup
Maple Sugar Flakes, 1/4 cup
Baking Powder, 1/4 tsp
Salt, 1/4 tsp
Smart Balance Omega oil blend, 1 1/2 tbsp
Apple juice, unsweetened, 1 Tbsp
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Coat an 8 inch square baking dish with cooking spray.
In a large mixing bowl, combine sucanat, flour and cinnamon. Add apple slices and cranberries. Mix together. Spread evenly into prepared baking pan.
In a medium bowl, mix together oats, maple flakes, baking powder and salt.
In another bowl, combine oil and apple juice. Add to oat mixture. Distribute evenly until mixture becomes crumbly. Sprinkle oat mixture over apples/cranberry.
Bake for 35 minutes until bubbly. May be served warmed or chilled.
