Quick Cheese Sauce

Introduction

My version for use on Vegetables, etc. You can of course use regular of low fat Milk instead of the Cream, this was an only thing on hand situation that really worked! Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients



    *Velveeta Cheese Product, 4.00 oz

    Heavy Whipping Cream, .25 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped)

    Water, tap, .25 cup (8 fl oz)

    Butter, salted, 1 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high)


Directions

Cut the Velveeta into 1 inch cubes and place into a PAM sprayed sauce pan, add the mixed cream and water to the pan and simmer on low until the cubes have melted, add the butter and when the butter has melted give it all a good stir then place into a Microwave safe cup with a spout preferably and keep warm until ready to use.
