My First Smoothie

Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    6 oz 1% Milk
    4 oz. Fat Free Yogurt
    4 Ice Cubes
    1 small banana
    1/2 med. orange
    1/8 tsp. vanilla
    sprinkle of cinnamon

Directions

Freeze fruit pieces before hand. At least 2 fruits.
Put everything into a blender and mix until smoothie thick.
Pour into tall glasses.
Add Cinnamon on top,
