A good way to use leftover broiled chicken. A good way to use leftover broiled chicken.

Ingredients

    For the nutrition listed:
    5 ounces white meat chicken breast no skin
    1/2 of a yellow bell pepper
    1 cup mushrooms
    1/2 cup light mayo (I use fit & active brand from aldi's)

Directions

Chop up your leftover chicken, peppers and mushrooms. Add mayo and salt to taste.
