steak stir-fry

Ingredients

    8 ounce rib-eye steak, grilled (I use left overs)
    1 bag raw mixed vegetables
    1/2 small onion
    2 cloves of garlic
    2 TBS KIKKOMAN LITE soy sauce
    2 TBS olive oil
    3/4 cup jasmine rice

Directions

heat olive oil in a skillet, add onion and garlic and saute until tender; add steak and heat through. Add vegetables, cover and saute until tender.
(may add a little water to steam if needed)
Meanwhile cook rice according to package directions.
add soy sauce to meat/veggies and blend well.
Serve over rice.
Makes 4 hearty servings.
