venison meat loaf

Ingredients

    16 oz. ground vension (may use lean beef)
    16 oz ground pork
    1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
    1/4 diced onion
    1/4 cup diced green pepper
    3 eggs
    salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
    1/4 cup ketchup

Directions

mix all ingredients, except ketchup, in large bowl until well blended. shape into a loaf shape in 9" x 13" pan.
bake in a pre-heated 350 degree oven for about 90 minutes or until cooked through. spread ketchup over it for last 30 minutes. 10 servings. (serve with rice, noodles or baked or mashed potatoes.
