Introduction

Ingredients

    2 eggs
    2 TBSP sugar
    4 cups flour
    4 cups skim milk

Directions

whisk eggs and sugar together, add milk, wisk in flour until batter is smooth

use ladle to spread in frying pan and smooth out flat, flip once - they should be very thin

sprinkle with sugar, roll (like a tortilla) and serve as is, or with strawberry jam. also good with baked beans as a meal
