Mori-Nu Silken Lite Tofu (12 oz), 4 oz
*Lemon Juice, 1 Tbsp
Lemon Zest, 1 tsp
Rice Vinegar, 1/2 tbsp
Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
Fresh Chives, 1 tsp chopped
Place everything but the chives in a food processor. Blend until smooth. Fold chives into mixture. Refrigerate until serving.
